Refund Policy
1. Pro subscription
Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a period, except where required by law.
2. Fix Pack
The Fix Pack is generated automatically from a fresh scan and delivered immediately upon payment. By purchasing you request immediate performance; once the pack has been generated and delivered it is non-refundable. If generation fails and no pack is delivered, you receive a full refund.
3. Auto-Fix
Full refund on request at any time before work on your site begins. If our safety checks trigger a rollback and the job cannot be completed, you receive a full refund. Items the automated system marks as requiring a human are delivered as copy-paste instructions inside your pack; that alone does not constitute a failed job, but if you believe the outcome fell short, write to us and we will review it case by case.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@iwireandmore.com within 30 days of the charge with your order ID (shown in your Stripe receipt). We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved faster by email. Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may be suspended.
